A new access road was constructed off an existing highway to provide improved access to land.

A complete refurbishment scheme was undertaken on this industrial unit, including the replacement of the original asbestos roof with new cladding along with internal fit out works.

This scheme saw the complete renovation of a dilapidated unit, sub-divided to create two new units, including for taking the unit back to the original steel frame and floor slab. Replacement cladding, rainwater goods, roller shutter doors, entrance screens and external works were carried out as part of this design & build project.
