Refurbishment work at the univesity's Britannia Mill canvas to provide a new canteen area for students with new kitchen facilities. The work involved full strip out, demolition of partition walls, installing a new glazed partition and suspended ceiling. These works were carried out within the summer recess and completed for the new term.

Refurbishment work at the univesity's Lonsdale halls of residence, during the summer recess. Works include the strip out of existing kitchen and bathroom facilities, remodelling, and the installation of new kitchens and bathrooms to suit the university's high standards.

Alterations to workshops and formation of storage areas at the new Markeaton Street campus prior to the start of the academic year.

A 10 week contract to refurbish 9 blocks of student accommodation. This included 213 bedrooms, along with communal kitchens, lounges, toilet and shower areas.

Classroom refurbishment programme consisting of forty classrooms including corridors. The works briefly comprise of new floor finishes, suspended ceilings, joinery works, mechanical, electrical and fire alarm upgrades and decoration.

New single storey physiotherapy room and store in an internal courtyard. Comprising timber clad stud walls, flat roof and alterations to existing elevations. All works were completed in term time.
