Refurbishment work at the University of Derby main campus, to 9 toilet blocks in the South and East Towers. The works are being undertaken over 18 weeks during the summer recess with phased handovers scheduled throughout. UPDATE: The first 4 number toilet blocks have now been handed over and are operational.

We are currently undertaking alterations at the Derby University Markeaton St campus, to remodel the existing Auditoria 1 from a single story space to a two storey space providing auditoria and classroom areas.

Internal commercial refurbishment works have been carried out on a rolling contract for a repeat client.  The works include joinery, electrical works, new suspended ceilings, decorations and floor finishes.  Area's worked as part of this contract include Bristol, Weston Super Mare, Exeter & Kidderminster amongst others.

Architecturally led two storey extension to existing property to create living room and kitchen to the ground floor with bedrooms at first floor level, along with major internal alterations and reconfiguration of the original properties layout.  A large flat roof veranda will be created with french doors leading from first floor gallery to enable the clients to appreciate their views of the Derwent Valley.
