We require a working foreman to site manage nationwide commercial refurbishments. The successfull applicant will carry our joinery works on site, along with managing subcontractors and other trades to ensure the succesfull completion of the project to programme.

This position involves nationwide travel, for which a company van will be provided. Out of hours work and working away within the week will be required, you may be requested to work weekends occassionally.

Applicants should have relevant experience within the refurbishment sector, along with site management experience preferably of shop fit outs. Ideally you will be based in the Midlands, within commuting distance of our head office in Derbyshire.

We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with relevant qualifications in site management, first aid etc. Although we would be willing to provide if required.
